The aim was to develop a piece of urban furniture that stands out, is easily recognizable and blends in well in different modern cityscapes.
Zimmermann Bicycle shelter: Tetra
This shelter is made of steel and glass with simple profiles and is easy to produce. Through the characteristic design with the angled supports and the use of simple basic shapes, the product takes on a symbolic, memorable look. It can be erected on its own, in pairs, or in larger groups.
Zimmermann Bicycle shelter: Ypsilon
This shelter is made of welded steel with a glass roof. The memorable design of the product adopts elements of traditional cast-iron waiting rooms and shelters, reinterpreting them in a seemingly lightweight look.
